This Fatigue Risk Management (FRMS) for Survey Pilots is a course that is targeted towards Pilots working in an environment that involves flying at low level for extended periods of time. This requires high levels of concentration as well as specific risks and hazards to manage. This environment impacts pilot fatigue and increases human error potential. This course aims to prepare survey pilots to manage fatigue and increase awareness to the risks and hazards involved in Survey Flying.

The use of cell phones during training is frowned upon (discouraged). If you are ‘on call’, please put your phone on ‘silent’ on your desk and leave the room to take the call. Courses held at Cranfield are all interactive and your instructor will encourage participation, where appropriate. We provide a light lunch between courses which is included in the price, is not compulsory and you are welcome to bring your own if you have dietary challenges (preferences). We have delegates from all over our continent with different beliefs, dress codes, and everyone is very welcome.
